The quality management system

The quality management system represents a highly important factor in our business and operates in two major categories: [1] actual control of the quality of services provided by our employees to all company customers and [2] a complex system consisting of professionals who ensure the permanent training and improvement of our new and existing employees

• regarding the first category, our company has a Quality management department, run by a Control Officer who oversees the flow of each complaint filed by a customer, regarding the approach of his/her case or; because, according to our opinion, the customer is the most important asset, any complaint must be processed and favorably settled within maximum 24 hours from such registration at the address reclamatie@urbansiasociatii.ro

• in the second category of the quality management system of Urban & Asociatii, our company has several Trainee Officers, namely some kind of teachers, persons who have attended all stages and positions in our company, and who perform a professional training of 3-5 hours per day, both with the new and with the existing employees, and who are always updated regarding the laws, specific issues of our business, who are highly trained, have a high morality and professional recommendation;

• last but not least, there is a strict selection applied by our company regarding the legal advisers and lawyers who represent, in front of Romanian courts, our customers’ interests, because we intend that this stage, when debtors are also involved, be perfectly covered and managed, as we count on results consisting in debts payments made by the debtors, including during such procedural stage.
